You can mark possible solutions by holding SHIFT and clicking on the smaller numbers along the edge. Or typing the desired number. Hold SHIFT and CMD / CTRL while clicking the tile to clear all marked numbers. Or press SHIFT + 0.

Search the best column for the numbered blocks, so you get an completed sudoku at the end.
